I do Pilates, what's your super power?
My life has always been sporty thanks to my active parents.
I could not live without exercise.
It has become my passion so I have decided to dip my toes into the fitness industry and I am so glad i did because I LOVE IT!!!
I am qualified Level 3 Pilates Instructor for Mat based exercise, I hold qualifications for Pre and Post Natal Pilates.
I am qualified Level 2 Fitness instructor. I also hold the qualifications in Les Mills RPM, Body Combat, Cx Worx and Body Pump.
I am Insanity, PiYo, TRX, Rebound, Aqua, Indoor Cycling, Barre, Hula Hoop and Bootcamp qualified.
I love helping people on their journey towards better health and fitness.
